Dragon Quest Monsters, the dark price is coming this December 1st, 2023 to the Nintendo Switch. We like to see it as the son of Shin Megami Tensei and Pokémon. Crazy wouldn’t you say? oh but the formula works. This time it seems that there’s this sorta curse going on in the world where humans are prohibited in attacking monsters, causing them no harm! crazy, since the core of ANY dragon quest, or any Jrpg for that matter is, in fact, killing monsters to get stronger! what a nice twist of events. So now, the only means of attacking is, recruiting monsters of your own to attack others, just like pokemon.

Monster Fusions

It seems you can Fusion your monsters to create new stronger ones. Have you ever played NiNo Kuni Wrath of the White Witch on Playstation 3? yeah, quite the old game but the monster management there was just so fun, we see the same formula being applied here as well! we are all in for a treat!

Exploring a colorful world

Aside from the monster laboratory you’ll spend most of your time in, there’s a bright colorful open world that you can explore in search of your monsters, but of course this wouldn’t be a full game if it didn’t have some sort of plot to the story behind it, so you’ll definitely find yourself fusing monsters, exploring different layouts of worlds, leveling up and gaining experience while of course, saving your world. This here friends, is the formula for any successful Jrpg out there, and were loving it.
